How can i make sleeping bags?

I can't find cheap sleeping bags anywhere, that aren't hannah montana or something. How can i make cheap one. I can sew so that would work!

2. What do you consider cheap? I can't imagine not being to find some kind of plain crap sleeping bag at Wal Mart.
