What is the most recommended route to travel by camping car in the western europe ?

1. Go along the north coast of Spain passing Galicia, Asturias, Cantabria, País Vasco and over the pyrenees into France. Continue along the south coast of France, into Monaco and then into Italy. Down the west coast of Italy as far as Piombini and take the ferry to Elba. It really is a beautiful island. I did that trip some years ago, staying in campsites along the way.
